All windows are manufactured and installed to FENSA specifications. Shootbolt locking mechanisms are standard and fire escape hinges are fitted where required.

Apart from the standard white finish, windows may be ordered with the deep rich mahogany effect as well as the lighter golden oak or the popular rosewood. A woodgrain finish on the outside with a white finish on the inside is also available.

Box sash windows can be replaced with the PVCu equivalent thereby maintaining the character of older properties.
